Mong Sayedollah, a Rohingya refugee from Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh, has earned a scholarship to New York University, marking a significant achievement in his pursuit of education. Fleeing Myanmar in 2017 due to military-led violence, Sayedollah and over a million Rohingyas became stateless. Despite his strong academic ambitions, he faced barriers due to his lack of citizenship, as neither Myanmar nor Bangladesh allowed him access to higher education. Overcoming these challenges, Sayedollah's journey exemplifies resilience and determination to fulfill his dreams against formidable odds.
