BNP Senior Joint Secretary Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi expressed concerns over the situation surrounding ISKCON, questioning why it has become a point of tension and why there is hostility among its members. He also raised concerns about reactions from India, including threats of surgical operations. Rizvi emphasized the need for vigilance regarding what he called a "fifth column" that is destabilizing the country. He criticized India for spreading propaganda to hinder Bangladesh's democratic progress, asserting that Bangladesh must rely on its own strength and not be subjugated to anyone. Rizvi also addressed the issue of India halting medical treatments for Bangladeshis, stating that Bangladesh has skilled doctors and is not dependent on India. He concluded by emphasizing the importance of movements in art and culture, citing the song "Desh Ta Tor Baper Naki?" as an example of how art can inspire change in times of oppression.
