What started as mutual admiration soon turned into love. On Friday, December 27, the couple celebrated their union by getting married. Their connection began during the movement on August 5. After expressing their feelings on August 7, they informed their families about their relationship on August 25. With the approval of both families, their love story culminated in marriage. Mir Rijon Mahmud Niloy, a resident of Amtala Para in Barguna municipality, is the son of the late Mir Moazzem Hossain. He is currently pursuing a BBA and is in his sixth semester at Anwar Khan Modern University. Fauzia Tasnin Anika, the daughter of Monowarul Islam Shamim from College Road in Barguna municipality, is a first-year honors student in the Chemistry Department at Government Brojomohun College. Niloy shared, “I first got to know Anika through the movement. Although I had known of her before, we had never spoken. During the protests, I interacted with many people, but at that time, there was no romantic relationship between us. On August 5, while celebrating during the victory rally, I began to feel a special connection with her.” Anika said, “I got to know Niloy during the movement. We often discussed various issues related to the protests. His courage and honesty stood out to me. Despite some of his relatives being associated with a now-banned organization, he opposed their views and stood with us in the movement. She added, “Another organization also invited him to join their protests under their banner, but he chose to align with the general students. His unwavering honesty drew me to him. On August 5, during the victory rally, the care he showed for me deepened my feelings further. Later, on August 7, instead of proposing a romantic relationship, Niloy directly proposed marriage.” When asked what he admired most about Anika, Niloy said, “Her courage in leading the anti-discrimination movement left me in awe. Someone who can love their country so passionately and stand bravely against the fascist regime of Hasina can undoubtedly love someone with the same intensity and sincerity.” Original reporting: https://thedailycampus.com/student-movement-politics/164731/%E0%A6%AC%E0%A7%88%E0%A6%B7%E0%A6%AE%E0%A7%8D%E0%A6%AF%E0%A6%AC%E0%A6%BF%E0%A6%B0%E0%A7%8B%E0%A6%A7%E0%A7%80-%E0%A6%9B%E0%A6%BE%E0%A6%A4%E0%A7%8D%E0%A6%B0-%E0%A6%86%E0%A6%A8%E0%A7%8D%E0%A6%A6%E0%A7%8B%E0%A6%B2%E0%A6%A8%E0%A7%87-%E0%A6%97%E0%A6%BF%E0%A7%9F%E0%A7%87-%E0%A6%AA%E0%A7%8D%E0%A6%B0%E0%A7%87%E0%A6%AE-%E0%A6%85%E0%A6%A4%E0%A6%83%E0%A6%AA%E0%A6%B0-%E0%A6%AC%E0%A6%BF%E0%A6%AF%E0%A6%BC%E0%A7%87 HTML: https://tezzfeed.com/latest-news/meet-anika-and-niloy-love-started-in-anti-discrimination-student-movement-ended-in-marriage-1735367634822 Bangladesh desk: https://tezzfeed.com/bangladeshi-news.md Agent map: https://tezzfeed.com/llms.txt
