Spider-Man actor Tobey Maguire officiated the wedding of his ex-wife, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, and her new husband, investment banker Harry Ogunlesi, just weeks after finalizing his divorce from Meyer. According to wedding photos obtained by PEOPLE, the ceremony took place on Saturday at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii.

Ogunlesi is the son of Nigerian billionaire lawyer and investment banker Adebayo Ogunlesi. The couple exchanged vows in an intimate yet star-studded celebration attended by several prominent celebrities and high-profile personalities.

Among the guests were actress Courteney Cox, Kate Hudson, fashion designer Rachel Zoe, actor Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and his wife, Lauren Sánchez Bezos, were also present to celebrate the couple's special day.

Meyer and Maguire's two children, daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17, attended the wedding alongside the couple's newborn daughter. Meyer and Ogunlesi welcomed their baby girl in May, adding a new chapter to their family.

Maguire and Meyer first met in 2003 while the actor was filming Seabiscuit. The pair married in a Hawaiian wedding ceremony in September 2007 and spent nearly nine years together before announcing their separation in June 2016, just three months before their ninth wedding anniversary.

Although they had been separated for several years, the former couple's divorce proceedings took considerably longer to conclude. Meyer filed for divorce in 2020, four years after their separation. Maguire did not file his response until July 2025.

Their divorce was officially finalized on September 21, more than a decade after they initially went their separate ways.

Despite the end of their marriage, Maguire's role in officiating Meyer's wedding highlights the former couple's continued connection through their family. His presence at the ceremony also made the occasion particularly notable, as the actor helped his ex-wife begin a new chapter of her life only weeks after their divorce was legally finalized.
