According to Gaza's civil defense, Israeli attacks across Gaza have killed at least 73 Palestinians, including 20 children and 25 women, and injured more than 230 since the announcement of the latest ceasefire agreement. Meanwhile, Alon Liel, former director-general of Israel's Foreign Ministry, suggested that the Israeli cabinet is likely to approve the ceasefire deal despite threats from far-right parties to withdraw their support from Prime Minister Netanyahu's coalition. "Netanyahu holds a solid majority in the cabinet... The first phase of the deal is secure," Liel told Al Jazeera.
