Amid the devastation in Gaza, a spark of hope has emerged from the ovens of a newly reopened bakery in Deir al-Balah. Backed by the United Nations, the bakery now produces nearly 300,000 loaves of bread daily, offering much-needed relief to the hunger-stricken population.
