The Facebook IDs of several top leaders of the anti-discrimination student movement, including Hasnat Abdullah, convener of the movement, and Sarjis Alam, chief organizer of the National Citizens Committee, have disappeared. IDs of leaders such as Chittagong coordinator Khan Talat Rafy, online activist Saiyed Abdullah, and DU student Sadik Kayem were also affected. Reports suggest the hacker group "Crack Platoon" disabled the accounts, though this claim remains unverified. Rumors indicate some leaders deactivated their IDs for safety amid fears of cyber attacks, but no official confirmation has been made. Saiyed Abdullah alleged the Awami League's cyber team was behind the attack, targeting those involved in the movement. Meanwhile, Sadik Kayem confirmed some IDs were deactivated as a precaution, while others had been hacked.
