During the recent visit to China, Chief Adviser Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus played a significant role in strengthening economic ties between Bangladesh and China, placing particular focus on the areas of infrastructure and transportation. In an interview, Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam stated that Bangladesh is making preparations to launch its first-ever electric train on the Dhaka–Chattogram route. As part of this forward-looking initiative, Railway Adviser Fayzul Kabir Khan held extensive discussions with senior Chinese railway officials.
