They voiced this demand during a protest rally organized by the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement at the Tiger Pass intersection in Chittagong city on Wednesday. Additionally, they urged authorities to arrest the perpetrators behind the killing of a lawyer within 24 hours. Hasanat Abdullah accused ISKCON of acting as an Awami League agent to destabilize the country. He alleged that the organization, which he described as an extremist Hindutva militant group, was responsible for the hacking and murder of Saiful Islam Alif Bhai. Abdullah declared, "No matter how much the dictator Hasina conspires with support from India, we will resist it. Bangladesh will remain a place where all religions coexist peacefully. There is no room for extremists operating under the guise of religion here. Students will not tolerate ISKCON's barbarity, and thus, it must be banned immediately."
