The United Nations reports that at least 100 children are killed or injured daily in Gaza since Israeli strikes resumed on March 18. Philippe Lazzarini of UNRWA condemned the violence, calling it a stain on humanity. UNICEF confirms that at least 322 children have died since the ceasefire ended. The Palestinian Ministry of Education highlighted the tragedy, noting over 17,000 children have been killed since October 2023. Hamas criticized Israel's treatment of children, including detention and torture. Furthermore, over 142,000 Palestinians have been displaced since mid-March, and Israel’s actions have resulted in widespread devastation.
