Popular singer Asif Akbar has demanded the arrest of the designer behind the newly introduced uniforms for the police, RAB, and Ansar. On Monday (January 20), the Law and Order Advisory Committee decided to update the uniforms for these forces during a meeting. However, the release of the new uniform designs on social media triggered widespread backlash.

Asif expressed his opinion on social media, stating, "The designers, approvers, and authorities responsible for these tasteless uniforms should be arrested immediately. I suggest they undergo psychological evaluation and be sent to the Hemayetpur mental hospital in Pabna for specialized treatment."

This controversy follows the government's collapse on August 5 last year, which raised concerns about the actions of law enforcement agencies. Experts later proposed reforms, resulting in changes to the uniforms of the police, RAB, and Ansar.
