A video of Harun-Ur-Rashid, also known as Tokai Harun, chanting “Joy Bangla” inside the holy Kaaba went viral, causing outrage. Harun, from Chattogram, faced widespread condemnation for disrespecting Islam’s holiest site by using a political slogan there. The “Joy Bangla” slogan, banned in some contexts following the High Court's suspension of a ruling declaring it the national slogan, fueled further controversy. Online reactions were largely negative, with many criticizing Harun for his disrespect toward the sanctity of the religious space.
