The High Court has dismissed a 2010 defamation case and five ongoing labor court cases against Nobel laureate Dr. Muhammad Yunus. The court issued the order on Thursday, November 21, with the ruling made by the High Court bench, led by Justice A K M Asaduzzaman, on October 24. The court noted that the accuser had misused the legal system to harass Dr. Yunus in the defamation case and pointed out that the plaintiff had filed the labor court cases without following proper legal procedures, resulting in a waste of the court's time.
