Tahura Sultana, a 25-year-old from Gondamara Union, Chattogram, has embarked on a solo journey on foot from Teknaf to Tetulia to enjoy the country’s beauty and inspire others to walk for better health. Starting her trek on November 29 from Shah Porir Dwip, Teknaf, she reached Cox’s Bazar’s Eidgaon after covering 114 km within three days. A master's graduate in Islamic History and Culture, Tahura funds her journey through savings from online product sales.  

As the youngest in her family, Tahura has always loved traveling and taking on challenges. Her walk is not just a personal adventure but also an effort to promote walking for fitness. She receives love and support from strangers along the way, facilitated by social media. Local officials, like Teknaf's acting UNO, have praised her initiative, hoping it inspires others to prioritize health and embrace walking.
