Elon Musk is on pace to become the world’s first trillionaire by 2027, according to Informa Connect Academy’s 2024 Trillion Dollar Club report. Musk’s wealth, growing at an average annual rate of 110%, has reached $251 billion, making him the world’s richest person, per the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. The report also projects that Gautam Adani of India could become the second trillionaire by 2028, followed by Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang and Indonesian mogul Prajogo Pangestu.
