Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has sparked debate with his claim that India had flying cars 5,000 years ago while promoting his upcoming film Ramayana. During an interview with Star Talks, alongside the film’s cast and director Nitesh Tiwari, Kapoor compared Elon Musk’s recent Tesla Roadster demonstration to the mythical Pushpaka Vimana from the ancient Hindu epic Ramayana. He jokingly remarked that while Musk recently invented a flying car, India had already achieved it thousands of years ago.
