Education and Primary and Mass Education Minister Dr. A.N.M. Ehsanul Haque Milon has announced that national-level Holy Quran competitions will be organized across different levels of education. He said the initiative aims to strengthen students’ moral and religious values.

The minister made the announcement in a Facebook post on Monday (August 24).

He said national-level Holy Quran competitions will be introduced in educational institutions across the country. The government plans to organize the competitions at different levels of education to promote students’ moral and religious values.

Earlier, on June 18, the minister had announced plans to introduce Quran competitions in educational institutions.

At the time, he said the government was working in a coordinated manner across all areas of education. As part of this effort, Quran competitions would be organized in educational institutions to promote students’ morality, family values, and religious values.
