A 20-second video showing a young man being beaten to d*eath while tied to a post in Chattogram has been circulating on social media. The video went viral on Facebook yesterday, Saturday. It depicts a young man bound to two posts under a flyover, where several youths are seen attacking him while singing. Although the incident took place on August 14, it only gained public attention yesterday.

Investigations revealed that the victim was identified as Md. Shahadat Hossain, 24. He was tied up under the Akhtaruzzaman flyover, near the 2 No. Gate intersection in Chattogram city. On the night of August 14, police found Shahadat's body in the Probortok area of the city. The following day, his uncle, Md.
