In a frustrating incident, Naureen Zaina Azizee encountered a shocking surprise when she opened a packet of Lay's chips purchased from Pandamart. Instead of finding chips inside, the packet was filled entirely with air. Disappointed, Naureen captured a video of the empty packet to highlight the absurdity. She wrote, "Chips কম বাতাস বেশী। Have you ever seen a packet with no chips and only air- I mean we do sometimes complain about it that we get so much less in a pack of chips. But this got real today. No chips ONLY AIR!"
This experience underscored broader concerns about declining customer service across the country, where businesses often prioritize profit over service quality, leaving consumers feeling neglected and disheartened.
