Students blocked Shahbagh again after clashing with police this afternoon. They marched from Dhaka University's central library for their Bangla Blockade program against the reinstatement of quotas in government jobs. Police intervened, leading to a confrontation. Earlier, Chhatra League activists gathered at Madhur Canteen, with their president stating readiness to counter any political misuse of the movement. The protest follows the Supreme Court's status quo on the High Court's decision to nullify the 2018 circular cancelling the quota system in government jobs.
