A luxury Land Cruiser car worth around Tk two crore was found unlocked in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, on August 18. The car was discovered by the army at midnight, and it was later confirmed to be owned by former Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal. The car was discovered on the road in front of Baitul Aman Mosque and had been unlocked since the day. The car was purchased on July 31, 2022, and its registration was completed in July. The owner's name was changed to Asaduzzaman Khan and his father, Ashraf Ali Khan. The car's registration number was also updated on July 28, and the car's registration number was completed in August 2023. The car was recognized by people living in Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal's area in Tejgaon, who saw it on Facebook.
