A university teacher from Patuakhali University of Science and Technology filed a case in the Barisal Cyber Tribunal against his wife, accusing her of deliberately making false allegations and posting defamatory content on social media. The plaintiff, residing in Mallik Road Police Club Lane, Manas Sarkar City, cited ongoing marital discord since their separation five years ago. The accused, Idghu Saha, daughter of Ranjan Kumar Saha of Mirpur, Dhaka, allegedly continued spreading defamatory remarks despite the separation. The tribunal's judge, Golam Farooq, instructed the Kotyali Model Police Station to investigate and submit a report on the complaint.
